Objective |

This work package shall cover the strategic project
control by the appointed Project Manager, who shall be responsible for work
package delivery. Financial
organisation, liaison with external organisations (including the Commission),
exploitation and dissemination shall also be covered by this work package.

Further
detailing of work programme and detailed budgeting on a sub-task/partner level.
Keep track of technical progress, costs and budget situation and create an
early-warning system. Keep each partner, including the Commission, fully
informed about the project status, technical issues, the work planning
(adjustments) and all other issues which are important and relevant to the
partners in order to obtain maximum transparency for all involved and achieve
synergy of the co-operation. Create effective communication with parties outside
the consortium, such as other European projects, the European Vehicle Passive
Safety Network, EUCAR, EEVC and potential users of the results. Safeguard the
exploitation of results and dissemination of foreground knowledge.
